The Raffe report for the week of 3/17:
Math: continuing Ch. 9 Subtraction of two digit numbers with and without regrouping
Reading: Mystery Book Clubs- skill we are focusing on is inferring information
Writing: assessment for Informational writing, free writing
Spelling: Unit 21: ou words
Science: finishing up Balance/Weighing
Monday we will celebrate our next Special Second Grade day - students may bring in a board game or toy to TEACH their peers. NO ELECTRONICS!
Next Friday we will have Junior Achievement in the morning and our Author visit with Steve Swinburne in the afternoon, so we will not be able to do our Third Grade Buddies until the following week.
